Dia Duit! My name is Eimear De La Rosa-Brazil. A Waterford native Chef and hospitality worker, that emigrated to Canada at 21 years old that is now returning home after over a decade away. 

When my family and I made the decision to return home to Ireland, I knew I needed to do something to excite me - something with purpose. 

I didn't only want to slip back into my every day life and let my years being a Chef, managing kitchens, food styling, cooking demos and even surprising myself by moving to front-of-house operations go to waste. 

Being hospitable, story telling and creating great memories is something that brings me true joy and I wanted to be a part of creating something special here at home that allows me to do just that.
